Website redesign
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
Concepting, Wire framing, Hi-Fi prototyping, User testing
At the time of the project the website failed to clearly communicate its purpose, it's content lacks consistency with the intended goal. Consequently, the company is missing out on users and potential donations, as visitors leave prematurely without completing the donation process. Because of this, the website is not adequately prepared for collaboration with new significant partners, hindering effective cooperation.
In summary, the website faces several issues that require attention:
During this internship I worked alongside of the team in sprints. In each of these sprints, I worked step by step to improve the website on the aspects mentioned above.
Working in sprints allowed me to closely involve the team, the customer and other stakeholders.
Below you can see some of the research I collected and organised.
With this research I was able to form a few new concepts and prototypes. In several iterations these designs were tested and validated with users. Based on the iterations the final concept was created by sketching, wire framing and building the structure.
The steps above led me to a design that focusses on communicating the websites purpose, is consistent and easy to use. Here you can see a couple pages. If you follow this link you can view the full prototype of the final design.
