The Project

This assignment was a school assignment for a real client. We had to design and code a website. The website had to be quick and easy to use. Aside from the general user friendliness, the website also had to contain:

- An easy way to create an account after placing an order

- A clear overview of the different beers

- Notifications when a new beer is released

- It has to be clear where you can purchase  the beers

- The website needs to be professional but with a fun touch.

The Process

With this project I starting by analysing the old website, what parts were necessary, what issues were they having, what went well etc. After gathering this information I was able to start creating concepts. The concepts couldn't be too complex since I also had to code it. I mainly focussed on making the website user friendly, making the beers stand out and matching their style.

The Design

The dark colours in the design match the beer bottles. This also goes for the bright colours associated with each beer, they come back in different parts of the website. The main focus of the website is to introduce the users to the beers and then direct them to where they can buy them.
